Improve this question Highlighted in blue is the viewport according to the Inspect Element tool. width, max-width, and min-width are all set to 100%. Yet, there's still a third on the right as you can see that is closing 'faster' than the viewport, if that makes sense. If not I can post a video of what I mean. I've tried reverse-engineering why the top banner seems to be fine, but nothing I do works. Any help appreciated.
