Shopify Email – Abandoned Checkout

Hello,   Is there anyone out there that knows if it's possible  to set an automation for abandoned checkout using the built in Email app in Shopify.   What i'm trying to do is send out two different emails after abandoned checkout, the first email sends out perfectly fine but the second email doesn't send.
Hi, There is a built-in template for this. Go to the Marketing>Automations> Create Automation There is a template for abandon cart automation MansoorAb_0-1703710963198.png You can change it as per your requirements. Thanks
