Move App Service from one subscript to another woes, now “Error establishing a database connection"

I have a WordPress App Service that I need to move from one subscription to another subscription. I have virtually no experience with Azure. After working with Azure Support now for two months, I’m moving on, which is my woes. I tried to move all of the resources to the new subscription, but it failed the review. In reviewing the error message, I got the following suggestion: I’ve moved just the three resources through the Azure Portal forms. Now the resources are in the correct subscription, but the website now reports “Error establishing a database connection”. I tried to move the remaining resources, but that failed saying, it can’t move the VNet. So, I successfully moved the remaining resources, but the website still reports “Error establishing a database connection”. Somewhere in there, I had to disconnect the VNet. The VNet will not move to the new subscription. I’m thinking I need to create and configure a new VNet. I've managed to create a VNet via the following documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-network/quick-create-portal I've identified that the dbserver private networking is not properly configured (pointing to the old resource group and VNet). But the 'Virtual network' and 'Private DNS integration' setting are disabled in the Azure portal form (dbserver -> networking). Not sure how to modify the settings.
