mmenu WordPress doesn't detect menu by CSS selector and doesn't work

I've been trying to get mmenu working with my WordPress menu. After installing it and going through the setup process the plugin doesn't work. Here's how the menu looks like:

In mmenu setup in "Locate the menu" input I provided "#menu-location-mobile_nav" selector and ".to_nav" for "Locate the menu button" field. After saving and publishing in desktop view menu is still displayed. After going into mobile view the menu button doesn't do anything on click. How can I make it to work? Link to website
