images are display only when I log in to wordpress control panel

I run a file selling site with two hosts, one of which is a download host connected to a plugin. There is a problem with the photo that appears when you log in to the control panel. However, if you are not logged in, the photo URL is broken and the photo will not be displayed. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. I cleared my cache WordPress plugins but it didn't help
