How to use properly a .php page in a wordpress plugin? [closed]

Improve this question Im currently developing a wordpress plugin who use a static page using .php, my source are as this: /includes/public/index.php where index.php is the public static page visible for all users, this page are necessary and is visible to all users, but unfortunately Wordpress rejected the plugin by "Allowing Direct File Access to plugin files" this is the screenshot that i've get: part of my code is this one: as as you guys see, this page is part of my plugin and is necessary to have public access as normal user to that page. How to handle this? I need to handle how to leave the page index.php being public for all users as a part of my wordpress plugin
